Landscape Architect Project Manager

We are seeking a Landscape Architect Project Manager with apassion for innovation, leadership, and design excellence. This role is idealfor a seasoned professional who thrives on guiding multidisciplinary teams,managing complex projects, and mentoring emerging talent. This is an in‑person job at our office in Durham.

• Leadthe design and development of projects from concept to completion. Notethis is a design-focused role.
• Collaboration with other team members, ensuring high-quality design, documentation, and delivery.
• Manage client relationships, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, surveyors, and other consultants.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff.
• Support business development through proposals and presentations.

• Minimum Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or comparable field.
• Minimumof 6 years of relevant professional experience. Preference to applicant who has experience working with local (Triangle area of NC) municipalities.
• Professionallicensure (PLA) required.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of project types and scales.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office.
• Excellent design, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven experience managing multi-phase projects and interdisciplinary teams.
