Framework, a K-12 staffing company, is partnered with Fauquier County Public Schools in Fauquier County VA as well as Durham Public Schools in Durham, NC to recruit full time Special Education/Exceptional Children Teachers for the  school year (PK- high school). We are offering an extremely attractive package with a highly competitive salary (10% higher), full benefits, and $10,000 incentives/ retention bonuses.

Framework will also provide you with ongoing professional learning! This is perfect for new or retired teachers or for teachers wanting to make more money at another school district. You have the option to remain on contract with Framework or can use this as an opportunity to transition into the public system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education in VA or enrolled in residency program.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to pass a federal-level background check, which may include fingerprinting.
• Experience working in Inclusion.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt instructional methods to diverse learning styles and needs.

All classes are inclusion classrooms.
