Associate Pastor

Enon Baptist Church in East Bend, NC, is prayerfully seeking a full-time youth pastor. The

• Education:
  
  A high school diploma is required. A bible college or seminary degree is strongly preferred.
• Experience:
  
  The candidate must be able to demonstrate previous youth and church ministry experience.

• The candidate must be gifted at teaching and able to appropriately explain and apply sound doctrine to youth.
• The candidate must possess a comprehensive knowledge of scripture and basic Bible doctrines.
• The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to submit to and pass a background check.
• The candidate must be willing to relocate if they do not currently live within 30 minutes of the church.
• The candidate must demonstrate a clear vision for growing the ministry.
• The candidate must be willing to assist the senior pastor, staff, and leadership in serving the congregation.
• The candidate must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• We desire someone to build relationships with the youth, their parents, and youth ministry volunteers so that they can be an effective spiritual guide. The discipleship of our youth is our highest aim.
• The ideal candidate would preferably be competent in using social media and applicable technology.
