• Bachelor's degree from any discipline
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement (examples: top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitions, etc.)
• 3 years of hands‑on experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking capabilities
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contract agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
