* Prepare and deliver lessons in an organized manner.
* Keep organized and detailed attendance records.
* Prepare quizzes and exams and convey clear grading procedures.
* Evaluate and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams.
* Complete all mandatory training.
Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree or higher in Architectural Technology, or a related field in Engineering, or Construction is required.
Work Experience:
Employed minimum 2 years working with Revit in a professional architectural environment is required
* Evidence of strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and effective oral and written communication/public relation skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Ability to think creatively and put ideas into action.
* Ability to make presentations to large audiences.
* Excellent computer skills and competence with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
* Personal integrity, honesty, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Understanding of the mission, goals, and objectives of a community college.
