Job Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a mitted and enthusiastic Special Education Teacher to join our team in the Newell, NC area. This full-time, onsite position is for the  school year and focuses on providing support to middle school students. We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for middle school students.
• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to meet each student's unique needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to provide prehensive support.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as necessary to ensure success.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP goals.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification in North Carolina.
• Experience working with middle school students is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
• Excellent munication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about making a positive impact on the educational experience of students with special needs.
