Children's Fitness Instructor

• Monday - Friday:
  Open Availability Preferred
• Up to 40 weekly hours

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience; we treat our members like family.
• Be ready to lead and make a positive impact on the growth and development of children and families; many leaders started in this position.

• You’re open to being a goofball and love giving high‑5s. A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps.
• You have experience in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.
• You live to serve; making others feel good gives you joy.
• Kids and parents like you.
• You are fun but also dedicated and hard working.

Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour.

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer movement‑based learning and imaginative play to help build confidence and skills at each stage of childhood. Our trained instructors nurture happy and confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, camps, and birthday parties.
