An Adult Leadership position where excellent teachers coach a group of teachers.
- MCC I – Coaches 2-3 teachers (options for full-release, 100% of the day; or partial release, 50% teaching/50% coaching)
- MCC II – Coaches 4-5 teachers (full release)
- MCC III – Coaches 6-8 teachers (full release)
