Department OverviewThe Department of Psychology is responsible for teaching GEC courses in Psychology and houses degree programs in English, Foreign Languages, and Interdisciplinary Studies.
Primary Purpose of PositionTo teach courses in First‑Year Psychology and hold office hours for planning, grading, and meeting with students.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesThe position is for a Psychology Adjunct faculty with an emphasis on classroom management and service to the department. Computer knowledge and willingness to train is mandatory. Use of University tools such as Canvas is required. Being able to communicate with students is necessary and expected.
Minimum Education /ExperienceM.A. in Psychology or other related field.
Licenses or CertificationsThe applicant must hold an M.A. degree with a minimum of 18 credit hours in Psychology.
