South Fork Friends Church is seeking a passionate, Christ-centered Youth Pastor to lead and grow our ministry to middle and high school students while helping strengthen discipleship opportunities for children across all age groups.

We are looking for someone who loves Jesus, connects naturally with young people, and feels called to invest in the spiritual growth of the next generation. This role focuses primarily on middle and high school students through discipleship, relationship-building, biblical teaching, outreach, and pastoral care. In addition, the Youth Pastor will partner with parents and volunteers to help develop and support programs, curriculum, and ministry opportunities that encourage spiritual growth for younger children.

This is more than a program leadership role. We are seeking a youth pastor who will build relationships, equip volunteers, encourage families, and help create a culture in which children and students grow into lifelong followers of Jesus Christ.

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the middle and high school student ministry
• Teach and communicate biblical truth in engaging, relevant, and biblically sound ways
• Build meaningful relationships with students and their families
• Provide discipleship, mentorship, and pastoral care to students
• Plan and lead youth gatherings, Bible studies, retreats, camps, mission trips, outreach events, and fellowship activities
• Recruit, train, mentor, and support youth ministry volunteers
• Partner with children's ministry volunteers by assisting with program planning, curriculum support, discipleship resources, and ministry guidance
• Help develop a coordinated pathway for spiritual growth from childhood through youth ministry
• Encourage children, students, and their families to actively participate in worship, service, missions, and everyday church life
• Maintain a visible and positive presence within the church and local community
• Support the overall mission and ministries of South Fork Friends Church

• A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• A clear calling to youth ministry and discipleship
• A lifestyle that reflects Christian character and biblical values
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• A servant-hearted, approachable, and spiritually mature attitude
• Ability to teach and apply biblical truth effectively
• Experience working with youth and families preferred
• Ministry training, biblical education, or equivalent ministry experience preferred
• Willingness to serve within the beliefs, values, and traditions of Friends (Quaker) ministry
