The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs use movement-based learning and imaginative play to build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

• Teach amazing classes and lead birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families, ensuring a magical experience.

• Lead and positively impact the growth and development of children and families, and foster upward mobility within the company.

• Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.
• Experience or training in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with children and parents.
• Ability to maintain high energy, fun, and professionalism.
• Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.

• Kids and parents walk out more confident than when they walked in every day.
• You’ll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you’ll be moving all day.
