About the RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of a teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task with pre-set work.
Responsibilities- Deliver lessons across different subjects.
- Maintain classroom management and student engagement.
- Apply behaviour management skills to support young learners.
- Ensure lessons run smoothly and students remain on task.
- Strong communication skills.
- Behaviour management experience.
- Confidence to deliver lessons across subjects.
- Passion for education and supporting young people.
- Experience working with young people in any setting (schools, coaching, tutoring, youth work, etc.).
