Position Summary
The Athletics Equipment staff is responsible for the issuance, maintenance, and upkeep of the equipment and apparel for varsity sport programs and various other athletic departments. This is a part‑time position scheduled to work 29.9 hours per week.
Qualifications- Experience working with collegiate athletics, focus on equipment preferred.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work weekend, evening, and possible holiday hours.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, keen attention to details, and ability to multi‑task.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Provide laundry services for the athletics department.
- Distribute clean laundry to student athletes, staff, and coaches.
- Provide after‑hour assistance for competition, practice, and events.
- Assist other staff members with daily assignments and projects.
- Inventory athletic apparel and equipment and distribute to proper departments.
- Assist with set up for athletic competitions and practice.
Annual base salary range: USD $20.84. Salary is determined based on factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, and market considerations.
