Milk Education is partnered with a nurturing primary provision in North Durham to appoint a Trauma-Informed Support Assistant. You will support pupils’ emotional wellbeing, engagement in learning, and development of life skills within a calm, restorative framework.
The role involves 1:1 and small-group work, collaboration with teachers and SEN practitioners, and a commitment to trauma-informed practice to help pupils feel safe and ready to learn.
