The successful candidate must be willing and able to teach courses in both traditional face‑to‑face and blended (hybrid) formats. All teaching schedules require office hours; some may also require evening and/or weekend hours.

• Minimum Education:
  
  Master’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related subfield; OR Master’s Degree with at least 18 graduate credit hours in Management, Business Administration, or related subfield.
• Prior college teaching experience preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Commitment to teaching and to the college mission.
