Families & Communities Rising, Inc. (FCR) is seeking a dedicated Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Head Start/Early Head Start center. This position is ideal for a strong leader who is passionate about supporting children, families, and early childhood professionals.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and support teachers, family engagement specialists, and center staff
• Oversee daily center operations, staffing, scheduling, and facilities
• Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and licensing requirements
• Monitor classrooms to maintain safe, engaging, and high-quality learning environments
• Build strong relationships with families and community partners
• Promote teamwork, professional development, and continuous program improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
• At least three years of early childhood education experience, including supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Head Start or Early Head Start experience is highly desirable
