Tenure-Track Assistant Professor Position - Lymphocyte Biology

The Department of Integrative Immunobiology invites applications for a junior tenure-track faculty position in lymphocyte biology. Successful candidates will have a strong interest in developing a robust research program in the basic biology of human lymphocytes, spanning mechanistic discovery to clinical translation. Duke School of Medicine offers ample opportunities for multidisciplinary integration with clinical and basic science departments, centers, and institutes.

Major areas of focus include, but are not limited to, cancer immunology, autoimmune disorders, neuroimmunity, infectious disease, and host-microbe interactions.

Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in immunology or a related biomedical research field. Successful candidates will have a track record of creativity and productivity and a desire to integrate into our exciting, collaborative, and growing Duke immunobiology community. They will be expected to develop an innovative research program, secure external funding, and actively participate in graduate and postgraduate training and mentorship.
