PositionSummary
The Athletics Equipment staff is responsible for the issuance, maintenance and upkeep of the equipment and apparel for varsity sport programs and various other athletic departments. This is a part‑time position, scheduled to work 29.9 hours per week.
Qualifications- Experience working with collegiate athletics, focus on equipment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
Effective written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills needed.
The scope of this position requires weekend, evening and possible holiday hours.
Thrive in fast‑paced environment, possess a keen attention to details, and ability to multi‑task.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Essential Functions- Provide laundry services for the athletics department
- Distribute clean laundry to student athletes, staff and coaches
- Provide after‑hour assistance for competition, practice, and events
- Assist other staff members with daily assignments and projects
- Inventory athletic apparel and equipment and distribute to proper departments
- Assist with set up for athletic competitions and practice

Work requires analytical, communication and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree program.
Experience:
No experience required beyond bachelor's degree.
