Student Progress Coach
We’re seeking Student Progress Coaches to join Primary Schools based across North Durham.
You’llbe joiningwelcoming and nurturing schools that put wellbeing and community at thecenterof everything they do.

Progress Coach – Requirements orSkills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning
- Recent experience working in a school or education setting (preferred)
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare, education or similar — or equivalent hands‑on experience (preferred)
Main Responsibilities:
- Inspire children to engage in lessons consistently
- Encouraging independence by helping pupils develop communication and self-management skills
- Supporting learners by providing one-to-one or small group assistance
- Maintaining safeguarding and confidentiality, following school policies
