• Create and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences using the Creative Curriculum for Infants and Toddlers Foster children's growth in all developmental domains through engaging and intentional daily experiences
• Build trusting relationships with children and families through consistent communication and support
• Provide responsive care by recognizing and meeting infants' and toddlers' individual needs
• Create a classroom environment that is safe, welcoming, engaging, and culturally responsive
• Support social-emotional growth through positive guidance and nurturing interactions
