Position

Purpose:

Seeking a dedicated Child Welfare Trainer/Content Developer to assist with the training and implementation of the Child Welfare Information System (CWIS). The role involves analyzing CWIS functionality to develop and deliver classroom and eLearning courses, supporting system implementation. This position collaborates with various teams to design and develop course materials, maintain Adobe Frame Maker templates, and facilitate training for employees overseeing Child Welfare programs.

Must-Have

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners.
• Understanding of social services programs at county, regional, and staff levels.
• Experience in business analysis and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS) technology such as Moodle, XML, HTML.
• Experience in computer-based training instructional design and learning program design systems.
• Expertise in Adobe Frame Maker, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Photoshop, Visio, or similar applications.
• Experience in developing dynamic instructional training materials with interactions and simulations.
• Ability to lead training sessions in person, virtually, and via webinars.
• Experience in evaluating student progress and providing feedback on learning curriculum and methodology.
• Experience with classroom training processes, including facility management and course scheduling.
