We are seeking a dynamic Trainer and Content Developer to create and deliver engaging training modules for Child Welfare programs. The role involves analyzing CWIS functionality, developing classroom and eLearning courses, and facilitating training sessions to ensure successful system implementation. Collaborate with a variety of teams, including Training, Business, Agile, and Development, to design and maintain impactful training materials.
Statewide travel up to 30% of the time is required, including some evenings and weekends. Travel expenses are reimbursed following state protocols.
Requirements- 3+ years in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners
- 3+ years understanding social services programs at county, regional, and state levels
- 3+ years in business analysis and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- 3+ years experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, XML, HTML
- 3+ years in designing and delivering computer-based training
- 3+ years using software like Adobe Frame Maker, Captivate, Camtasia, Photoshop, Visio
- 3+ years developing interactive media presentations
- 3+ years leading training sessions in various formats
- 3+ years evaluating student progress and providing feedback
- 3+ years in classroom training preparation including facility management and course scheduling
- Experience with NC FAST case management software
- Basic application software and hardware support skills
- Strong understanding of internet concepts and web technology
- Knowledge of NC FAST and the Medicaid Program in NC
