* Job Summary:
** As a Project Coordinator at Nuvotronics, a Poly strata organization, you will be supporting efforts associated with executing small to medium projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating various project related efforts, providing general status updates, and working with the team to ensure critical details aren’t missed. This position typically works under moderate supervision with support from the larger project team members.
** Essential
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
*** Understand full project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with project management and stakeholders.
* Assist in the execution of comprehensive project plans and schedules, including detailed timelines and milestones.
* Support all levels of the project teams to ensure tasks are completed as planned.
* Effectively communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
* Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
* Track project milestones and deliverables.
* Manage to critical project risks
* Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle, adhering to standards and best practices.
* Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate project success.
* Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
** Minimum
Job Requirements:
*** Four-year college degree plus 2 years related experience.
* Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, interface with internal stakeholders and deal with employees and managers at all levels in manufacturing, engineering and other departments.
* Must be able to work under project deadline pressures.
* Basic knowledge in the planning and management of projects and manufacturing processes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Must be eligible to obtain a DOD security clearance
