Job Summary
Under supervision, implement the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program to help ensure client staff acceptance and follow-through with procedures.
Core Job Responsibilities- Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
- Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost‑saving opportunities.
- Provide on‑site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.
- Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one‑on‑one discussions.
- Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
- Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record, and ability to travel in own vehicle to designated facilities when within driving distance.
- Credentialing/hospital certification to access assigned facilities.
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
- Experience communicating technical information to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, meeting quality standards and evaluating customer satisfaction.
- Experience accomplishing tasks in an optimum order based on time, importance or other criteria.
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
- Willingness to work extended and/or odd or on‑call hours as business needs dictate.
- Travel up to 80% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
The anticipated salary range for this position: $19.75 - $28.75 Hourly. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
