Cap City Inspections, a trusted name in home inspections across Central Ohio, is growing! We’re currently looking for a Licensed Radon Runner to join our dynamic and detail-oriented team.

As a Radon Runner, you will be responsible for the delivery, setup, and retrieval of radon testing equipment at residential and commercial properties. This role is crucial in supporting our inspectors and ensuring accurate, timely radon testing as part of real estate transactions.

• Deliver and pick up radon monitors at scheduled locations
• Ensure proper setup and calibration of radon devices
• Accurately document deployment and pickup information
• Communicate with clients and team members in a professional manner
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Tech-savvy (familiar with basic apps and GPS)

• Experience in home inspections, environmental testing, or a related field
• Knowledge of Columbus and surrounding areas
