• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a PE license.
• Over 10 years of experience in land development or equivalent as a licensed PE.
• Mastery of AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology, and hydraulics tools.
• Extensive knowledge of land development codes and zoning ordinances.
• Skilled in executing site layouts, managing road access, parking, and utilities for large developments.
• Competency in conducting flood risk and environmental impact assessments.
• Proven expertise in entitlement management and gaining necessary approvals.
