• Technical Ownership:
  Serve as the technical owner for defined areas of process equipment and systems, providing lead expertise and consultancy to collaborators to optimize performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Project Execution:
  Plan and deliver project activities from concept to implementation, contributing functional expertise and managing small teams where needed to achieve breakthroughs on time and on budget.
• Start-Up and Site Readiness:
  Prepare manufacturing areas for start-up, ensuring operational readiness, robust procedures, and smooth handover into standard operations.
• Operational asset management:
  Own assets and engineering system from start up into regular operations. Manage equipment health with suppliers and use advanced data analytics to drive continuous improvements, upgrades and innovation.
• Technical advancements:
  Identify, evaluate, and recommend technical options aligned with global or industry standards and local business priorities to increase quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
• Knowledge Leadership:
  Stay ahead of standard methodologies and new developments; translate learning into updated standards and ways of working to continuously improve operations.
• Asset Lifecycle Management:
  Own the lifecycle of equipment and engineering systems to guarantee performance, compliance, efficiency, and optimized cost of ownership.
• Fixing Leadership:
  Lead hands-on problem resolution, capture root causes, and codify findings into enduring solutions and standard work.
• Lean Problem Solving and Analytics:
  Apply Lean frameworks and data analytics to drive systematic problem solving, improve critical metrics, and eliminate waste.
• Process Governance and Reporting:
  Prepare governance documentation, asset status reports, forecasts, technical analytics, and recommendations that guide decisions and investments.
• Investment Cases and Capital Planning:
  Shape and lead investment applications and arguments with clear short- and long-term value propositions.
• Resource Coordination:
  Coordinate resources across operational and project teams to deliver outcomes, remove blockers, and maintain momentum.
• Compliance Stewardship:
  Ensure cGMP, SHE, and local regulatory compliance in your work and the work of others, embedding quality and safety into every decision.
