We are seeking a hands‑on Systems Engineer to support and advance multiple Automated Test Equipment (ATE) projects used in the development, verification, sustainment, and production of radar systems and components. This role blends technical engineering work with light project coordination — keeping several ATE efforts progressing while personally contributing to detailed design, integration, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities- Contribute directly to the architecture, design, and development of ATE systems, including hardware integration, test software development, and system‑level troubleshooting.
- Participate in bid and proposal efforts for ATE solutions.
- Maintain forward progress across multiple ATE projects by coordinating technical tasks, aligning stakeholders, and identifying blockers early.
- Develop requirements, interface definitions, test procedures, and supporting technical documentation.
- Perform hands‑on work including system integration, RF/electronics troubleshooting, test station bring‑up, and validation.
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure ATE solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned with program needs.
- Support sustainment of legacy ATE systems by diagnosing field issues, implementing updates, and managing configuration changes.
- Participate in technical discussions related to system performance, requirements clarification, and issue resolution.
- Ensure ATE systems comply with relevant standards, environmental requirements, and security/export regulations.
- Track basic task‑level status, risks, and dependencies to keep ATE projects on schedule.
- Lead obsolescence mitigation and product improvement initiatives for ATE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in radar systems, RF electronics, or test systems engineering.
- Hands‑on experience with ATE development, hardware‑in‑the‑loop systems, RF test instruments, or automated test solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and system interfaces.
- Familiarity with radar signal processing concepts and system verification.
- Experience with LabVIEW, Test Stand, Python, or similar automation tools is highly desired.
- Ability to manage multiple technical work streams with minimal supervision.
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
- On‑site electronics manufacturing and depot repair facility supporting classified and export‑controlled programs. Strict adherence to ESD, safety, and security protocols is required.
