Piper Companies is seeking an experiencedWireless Network Engineerto work for a worldwide leader in technology. TheWireless Network Engineer role involves significant travel to customer sites across the U.S., supporting wireless network design, surveys, and deployments in complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities of the
Wireless Network Engineer
include:
· Conduct on-site and remote wireless site surveys using tools such as Ekahau, Hamina, or Air Magnet
· Perform AP-on-a-stick surveys and predictive modeling for RF design
· Design and implement wireless networks in large-scale environments
Qualifications for the
Wireless Network Engineer
include:
· Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
· Proven experience in wireless surveying and RF design
· Hands-on experience with Ekahau, Hamina, or Air Magnet tools
· Strong understanding of AP-on-a-stick methodology
· Preferred:
Provide technical expertise in the design, deployment, and operation of Cisco 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs) in enterprise settings
Compensation for the Wireless Network Engineer includes:
·$90,000 – $133,000 annually with acomprehensive benefit:
Medical, Dental, Vison, 401k, PTO, holidays, sick leave as required by law
