Responsibilitiesarrow_right

* Process Optimization:
Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, throughput, and cost performance

* Continuous Improvement Leadership:
Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives (DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen) to eliminate waste and improve operations

* Data Analysis & Problem Solving:
Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions

* Standardization & Compliance:
Develop and maintain SOPs/WIs while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and lean manufacturing standards

* Cross-Functional Execution:
Partner with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement efforts

Qualificationsarrow_right

* Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field)

* 1-3 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in a hands-on production environment

* Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies

* Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
