• Strategic Consulting:
  Lead client discussions and engagements around intelligent buildings program development. Firm understanding of the business drivers and the ability to map business needs to use cases and intelligent buildings technologies.
• Project Leadership:
  Lead multiple complex projects from concept through completion. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, in-house engineers, and clients, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet all quality standards.
• Mentorship & Guidance:
  Provide leadership and mentorship to junior Intelligent Buildings Consultants and engineers. Review and refine work produced by junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving:
  Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies. Incorporate new technologies into project designs to enhance functionality and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in building control systems.

• Background in leveraging technology in buildings to achieve business defined goals for clients with a proven track record in leading and managing complex projects.
• Ability to mentor, guide, and inspire a team. Experience in coordinating and managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Understanding of the key concepts pertaining to building automation systems, IT networks, cybersecurity, and systems integration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, to include senior client leaders as well as facilities operations personnel.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ consulting experience in the intelligent buildings industry. An engineering degree is a plus.
• Experience in developing and delivering large complex intelligent building strategies and solutions to customers.
• Experience in key areas of the building industry to include facility management, intelligent buildings consulting, intelligent buildings technology development, or senior level real estate management.
