MACOM is seeking an Etch Process Engineer I to manage Dry Etch processes within its semiconductor fabrication facility in Durham, North Carolina. This role involves collaboration with engineering teams to develop and improve semiconductor technologies including GaN, GaAs, Si, and InP.
The ideal candidate will hold a BS or MS in Engineering or Physics and have up to 2 years of fabrication experience. Responsibilities include process development, technical problem-solving, and effective communication within teams.
