About this RoleThe Senior Engineering Manager, Product Development will be a technical expert and partner with customers and internal teams to convert customer challenges and opportunities into integrated system solutions. This role will be critical to create and deliver the end product.
Key Responsibilities- Sales support
- Adaptation of existing selection tools or development new for North America
- Representation in trade organizations
- Presenting at trade meetings
- Support to “sales engineers”
- Develop and sustain IOM’s and necessary instructions
- BSG, Advantec, Carrier in general, necessary communication and interaction.
- Technical
- Linking sales expectation to manufacturing, identifying NA specific needs and develop/adapt products to match
- Controls integration (Bac Net)
- Manage US component suppliers technically, support procurement.
- Support after sales
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical , thermodynamic or controls engineering
- Ability to travel 30%
- Solution oriented
- Experience in field of application of refrigeration systems Design and Installation
- Experience in UL standards and certifications for refrigeration equipment
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong project management capabilities
