As an Administrative Assistant I NC 1st Shift with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will provide secretarial and administrative support to Management.

- Faxing
- Filing
- Mail or paperwork distribution
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Ordering supplies
- With supervision, updates and maintains computer database system and manual paperwork filing system.
- Assembles manuals, reports, literature and communications.
- Must be familiar with the identification and purpose of all departmental documentation.
- Distributes appropriate documentation and procedures in response to requests either internally or externally.
- Answers routine inquiries concerning operation of the department.
- Performs other related duties as designed.
- Education:
High school graduate - Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years

- 730 et. seq.) and “technical data” as defined in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R, Chapter 1, Subchapter M). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
