SCN Best Co is seeking a Reliability Engineer to increase the reliability of manufacturing equipment, processes, and utilities across the site. You will lead cross-functional initiatives with production, maintenance, and site engineering to reduce losses using root cause analysis and FMEA-driven actions.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 4 years in a manufacturing setting, with experience in maintenance reliability and life-cycle planning.
