Electrical Engineer II
As an Electrical Engineer II, you will take ownership of building-systems electrical design across multiple concurrent projects, serving as a licensed engineer who produces stamped designs, drives quality, and leads construction administration with minimal supervision. You will develop the work plans and schedules that keep projects on track through permitting and delivery, coordinate closely with in-house disciplines and outside consultants, and guide the engineers coming up behind you.
This is the role where a licensed engineer moves from executing tasks to owning outcomes. You'll work on medium-to-high complexity systems, take the lead on power system analysis and code compliance, and build toward Electrical Engineer III and senior technical leadership. As an employee-owned (ESOP) firm, Progressive gives every team member a real ownership stake in the work, and the entrepreneurial mindset that comes with it.
