Millennium Soft Inc is seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer/Industrial Engineer in Durham, NC for a 12-month, on-site engagement. The role focuses on implementing and sustaining the Operational Excellence strategy, aligning SQDC objectives, and coaching the Change to Win and BD Production System programs.
You will lead Kaizen events, drive continuous improvement, mentor teams, and manage a project pipeline with financial impact validation, using Lean Six Sigma methods (A3, DMAIC, 8D).
