Senior ASIC Design Engineer – GPU

Job Description:

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior ASIC Engineer to develop and implement a high-performance Memory Management Unit (MMU) for leading SoCs and GPUs. This role offers the chance to impact cutting-edge technology across various applications, including consumer graphics and autonomous vehicles, within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and micro-architect a high-performance MMU for GPUs using advanced verification methodologies.
• Contribute to architecture decisions.
• Mentor other engineers on the team.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and software engineers across multiple sites.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work or research experience.

Skills:

• Experience in crafting memory subsystem units with memory coherency and arbitration policies.
• Proficiency in Verilog and build/verification tools (VCS or equivalent, debug tools like Verdi, Synopsys).
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming with C++ and/or System Verilog.
