Account Manager – Athletic Travel Support

• Handle vacation coverages for our one‑person onsite schools.
• Arrange all aspects of athletic individual travel (GDS domestic and international air, hotel, car bookings).
• Arrange all aspects of athletic team travel (group contract air, group hotel block, charter bus bookings).
• Calculate and perform exchanges for both group and individual travel, domestic and international.
• Manage group hotel and bus invoicing to meet monthly deadlines.
• Utilize Anthony Travel Group airline benefits and preferred bus and hotel programs.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone and email correspondence.

• Proficient in Sabre GDS with five years of travel agency experience.
• Experience in air, car and hotel booking.
• Knowledge of airline exchanges, group and individual pricing records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong judgment and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Reliability: must come to work promptly and regularly.
