Overview:

The Wool E World Attendant supports the safe and enjoyable operation of inflatable games and activities during Durham Bulls home games. This role manages guest participation, tracks contests, and provides friendly service in a busy family entertainment area.

Key Responsibilities and

Essential Functions:

• Monitor inflatable games and activities to support safe and orderly guest participation.
• Explain activity rules and provide clear instructions to guests.
• Manage lines and help maintain an organized flow of participants.
• Track contests, participation, or game results as assigned.
• Maintain general knowledge of the Durham Bulls, ballpark , and available guest services.
• Report equipment concerns, guest incidents, or safety issues to a supervisor promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality.
• Ability to manage lines and communicate clearly with children, families, and other guests.
• Willingness to learn general information about the Durham Bulls and the ballpark.
• Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, crouch , climb as needed for cleaning.
• Ability to walk, stand and climb stairs frequently and for an extended period of time .
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
