Texas Payroll Tax Specialist

A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist responsible for maintaining tax records and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities Establish and manage tax filing accounts, acting as the main contact for federal and state tax agencies Review, validate, and adjust payroll tax documents and reports for accuracy Investigate complex payroll tax issues and provide guidance to colleagues and clients

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in the tax field or 4+ years in payroll tax

Experience with Master Tax or similar payroll tax systems preferred Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
