We’re currently looking for a Tax Senior to work with a varied portfolio of personal tax clients, from sole traders to directors of owner‑managed businesses, with the opportunity to work with larger, more complex clients.

• Preparing Self‑Assessment personal tax returns efficiently and accurately
• Preparing P11D forms, advising on benefits in kind and preparing PAYE Settlement Agreements
• Preparing Capital Gains Tax computations and in‑year CGT on UK Property returns.
• Communicating with colleagues from other departments, clients, and HMRC by telephone, email, and in writing where required
• Ad‑hoc assistance with tax queries and projects

• ATT qualification (or part-qualified) or qualified by experience
• Proven experience within a similar role
• Strong technical expertise in personal tax, partnership tax and Capital Gains Tax
• Experience in coaching and training junior members of the team
• Proficiency in CCH is preferred, but not essential as full training and support will be provided
• Sound tax advisory knowledge in owner‑managed businesses covering IHT, CGT, Income Tax and Company Tax issues would be preferred but is not essential
