• Manage and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
• Oversee multiple tax engagements while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with deadlines
• Deliver proactive tax planning and strategic advisory services to clients
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients
• Lead, mentor, and develop tax staff and senior accountants
• Research and resolve advanced tax issues and regulatory matters
• Support business development initiatives and client growth opportunities
• Assist firm leadership with workflow management and operational improvements

• Active CPA license required
• 7+ years of public accounting tax experience preferred
• Prior management or supervisory experience within a CPA firm
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
• Experience with tax preparation and workflow management software
