To help shape our footprint of opportunity, we are looking for a Branch Manager to become part of our award-winning organization. Under this role you will manage and supervise the delivery of all financial services to the membership in a branch office, and, most of all, help our membership create wealth and thrive.

How can you succeed with us?

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and LCCU systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with internal team, members and community organizations and leaders.
• Ability to manage time with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.
• Ability to make decisions based on evidence and facts to ensure the financial strength of the organization.
