• Team Management – Manage performance and personnel functions for a team, ensuring operational soundness while executing on a plan that delivers value to customers and meets the bank’s financial expectations. Provide coaching, feedback, and support for associate development, and leverage bank partners and colleagues to improve outcomes.
• Sales – Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship goals. Engage customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach and community events. Represent the bank at civic events, identify potential CRA opportunities, and drive informed financial decisions that benefit both customers and the bank.
• Service Standards – Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value to customers and colleagues. Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities, listen actively, and take prompt action to address customer needs. Seek coaching and support bank initiatives to optimize performance.
• Operations and Administration – Comply with regulations, policies, and procedures to manage risk related to credit, operations, reputation, and legal aspects. Complete required training on time, manage general office duties, and ensure transaction accuracy and operational efficiency for deposit‑related roles.

Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lending (including supervisory experience), or High School Diploma or GED with 6 years of similar experience.

License or Certification Type: Must possess a valid driver’s license. Position requires frequent driving to other offices and customers. A bank car is not provided. If licensing is required, the associate must complete the bank-sponsored licensing program within 12 months of entering the role and will complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act.
