As a Business Banking Specialist within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in Durham, NC at the Roxboro Road Branch.

• Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue. Achieves business results through leadership and productive collaboration with ecosystem partners; responsible for proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside the branch; delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Proactive lead management and referral generation; leverages experience and knowledge of bank products and services and positions appropriately to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households. Responsible for managing and growing Business Banking relationships under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI; works across a broad range of ecosystem partners.
• Client experience and hospitality management—differentiates the client experience through advanced conversation skills; delivers client well‑being through tailored solutions aligned with wholistic needs.
• Works with branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities to create referrals.
• Creates client loyalty and grows client share of wallet through differentiated client experience.
• Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures; demonstrates sound judgment within established limits.

• Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
• Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Works well in a team‑based environment; collaborates with branch staff and ecosystem partners.
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain product solutions clearly.

Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
