Latino Community Credit Union is hiring a Junior Cards Fraud and Disputes Analyst to support debit and credit card dispute and chargeback processes. You will assist with intake, documentation, investigation, and resolution in compliance with Reg E, Reg Z, and card network rules.
This role helps protect members, identify fraud trends, minimize losses, and ensure timely dispute resolution. 0-2 years in card services or financial services preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
