Deliver personalized beauty experiences by understanding customer needs and recommending makeup and skincare products. Build customer loyalty and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customer goals.
- Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
- Book appointments and support sales at beauty events and services.
- Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and build customer loyalty.
- Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
- Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
- Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to move throughout shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
