Occupational Therapist (School-Based) – Durham, NC

Base pay range: $38/hr – $52/hr (1099) or Full-Time Salary + Benefits;
Up to 37.5 hrs/week following the school calendar.

Thrive Therapies is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist who shares our passion for changing the trajectory of children’s lives. The role involves providing OT services, partnering with schools to create high‑impact support systems for students with diverse needs, using data‑driven practices, and participating in clinician development. You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement individualized interventions and contribute to the school’s inclusive environment.
