Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Durham, North Carolina clinic
, providing clinic-based pediatric services to children with autism.
This role supports a growing caseload in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment alongside BCBAs and clinical leadership. We are open to hiring this position full-time or part-time
, depending on candidate availability and clinic needs.
For full-time employment
, the salary range is $75,000–$85,000 per year
, plus benefits. Schedules offer flexibility based on patient needs and clinician availability. Services are provided in clinic only at this time.
This position is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
, with structured supervision and support available in Durham.
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
Active North Carolina SLP license or eligibility required
CCC-SLP preferred
CFY candidates are welcome to apply
Experience working with pediatric populations required
Experience working with children with autism preferred
Strong clinical judgment and treatment planning skills
Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary clinical team
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Commitment to ethical, professional, and family-centered care
